Today I read an article about a document from one American official in Iraq to another. The article went to great lengths to explain what was in the memo, and what it meant, without ever showing the memo. Meanwhile I was thinking "why not just print the memo and let ME decide what it means". Well, somebody finally got the idea. Decide for yourself what it means.
